We need a leader among us. Of course we must choose a good leader. A good leader has some qualifications, and I will explain to you about that now.

First of all, a good leader needs to have a good vision and a leader must have commitment . A leader must have goals. A leader must work hard to prove their commitment so that he will be respected.

Second, a good leader must work honestly because a leader will be an example for the people around him.

Third, of course a good leader also needs good people to lead, and those people must help the leader to accomplish the goals.

And lastly, A good leader must be confident because a leader can influence people around him. For example, if the leader confident, of course the people around him also will think positive and the leader will be able to gain more trust from people around him.

So, being a good leader is not an easy job, and its very hard to find someone who has above charactheristics. But we all can be leaders if we want, we can make ourselves better and better and eventually, we'll surpass all of the qualifications above.

This event lasts for 2 months on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This event begins in February and ends in April. champion of each sport gets a trophy, and the biggest winner will be the champion. when the competition is over, from every sport, been the player MVP (Most Valuable Player). Our classes are accelerated XI won dodgeball, tug of war, table tennis. Therefore, my class won the overall championship 2nd.

Taxi 4 (stylised as T4xi) is a 2007 French comedy film directed by Gérard Krawczyk and the fourth installment of the Taxi series. As with all the other films in the Gallic Taxi franchise, Samy Naceri plays taxi driver "Daniel Morales", this time in a Peugeot 407, unlike the 406 in the previous films. Synopsis

A Belgian criminal, wanted all over Europe for his crimes, is in the custody of the Police Department of Marseille to be watched for a few hours before transfer to a prison in Congo. Unfortunately Émilien (Frédéric Diefenthal) is tricked by the villain and convinced to let the prisoner go. After these events he's fired, but luckily for him, his friend Daniel (Samy Naceri) helps him one more time by telling him the location where the criminal is located, having been the taxi driver who drove him after he left the police station, not knowing he was a criminal. With Daniel's skills and his new Peugeot 407, Émillen seeks to capture the criminal to restore his job back.^[2]

On the opening day, 450,000 people attended in France with 43,000 in Paris alone. T4xi's Canadian premiere was at the Just for Laughs Comedia Film Festival on 22 July 2007, a week before wide release.^[3]

Fly Geyser, also known as Fly Ranch Geyser or the Green Geyser^{[citation needed]} is a man-made small geothermal geyser located in Washoe County, Nevada approximately 20 miles (32 km) north of Gerlach. Fly Geyser is located near the edge of Fly Reservoir and is only about 5 feet (1.5 m) high, but 12 feet (3.7 m) wide, counting the mound on which it sits.

Location

Fly Geyser is located on the private Fly Ranch in Hualapai Flat, about 0.3 miles (0.48 km) from State Route 34.^[1] The ranch is currently owned by Todd Jaksick.^[2] There is a high fence and a locked gate topped with spikes to exclude trespassers. The only access is a dirt road, but it is large enough to be seen from the road.^[1]

Fly Geyser

History

Fly Geyser is not an entirely natural phenomenon; it was accidentally created by well drilling^[3] in 1964 exploring for sources of geothermal energy.^[4] The well may not have been capped correctly, or left unplugged, but either way dissolved minerals started rising and accumulating, creating the travertine mound on which the geyser sits and continues growing.^[4] Water is constantly released, reaching 5 feet (1.5 m) in the air.^[1] The geyser contains several terraces discharging water into 30 to 40 pools over an area of 74 acres (30 ha).^[5] The geyser is made up of a series of different minerals,^[3] but its brilliant colors are due to thermophilic algae.^[4]

Other local geysers

A prior well-drilling attempt in 1917 resulted in the creation of a man-made geyser close to the currently active Fly Geyser; it created a pillar of calcium carbonate about 12 feet (3.7 m) tall, but ceased when the Fly Geyser began releasing water in 1964.^[4]
Two additional geysers in the area were created in a similar way and continue to grow.^[3] The first geyser is approximately 3 feet (0.91 m) and is shaped like a miniature volcano; the second is cone-shaped and is about 5 feet (1.5 m).^[3]
